galunggong sisig

steam galunggong or mackerel
flake
using cloth, squeeze dry
fry to a crisp in hot oil

saute garlic, onion, bell pepper, hot chilis green and red, grated ginger

add fried flaked galunggong

add seasoned mayo - mayo with soy sauce, calamansi, black and white pepper
