- boil water and add seaweed gelatin
- pour saluyot pulp
- season to taste with fish sauce or salt
- pour on screen covered with cheesecloth
- dry

cocktail hotdogs sautéed in onions and pineapple
preparation to extract pineapple juice, cut fresh pineapple into bite size pieces. sprinkle with salt and set aside for 15-30 minutes. collect juice to pour on frying/pan grilled hotdogs
