Saluyot sheets a la nori
Just wondering if this will work
- boil saluyot leaves
- pound to a pulp or shred
- boil water and add seaweed gelatin
- pour saluyot pulp
- season to taste with fish sauce or salt
- pour on screen covered with cheesecloth
- dry
