miso butter mix for seasoning

1 part miso, 1 part butter, sugar to taste

season meat with salt and pepper, saute, add vegetables like young corn, parboiled potatos,  mushroom, then bell pepper. add miso butter



try on meat, pre cook meat, season with miso butter

syo-koy seafood okoy

use shredded cabbage, salted and water squeezed out, add carrots and onion
add sea food ingredients to taste - small shrimps, thinly slice squid, small fish

mix in flour mixture for okoy

variant - use squash instead of cabbage

korean fried rice inspired bagoong rice

break in bowl, add cooked white rice

in pan, saute green onion and aromatic garlic or onion

add in egg and rice, stir in pan until egg is set

season with bagoong, pepper flakes, chopped cilantro

plate, serve with grilled meat or fish, shredded mango or pickled root vegetable

pork binagoongan with sauteed green peppers and mango

thinly slice pork and cut into small bite size pieces

season with bagoong, set aside for a few minutes

dredge in cornstarch and fry till cooked, set aside

in same pan, saute garlic, fry green pepper, then shredded or julienned green mango. Stir until cooked

add pork

top with chopped red pepper

plate and serve
