korean fried rice inspired bagoong rice

break in bowl, add cooked white rice

in pan, saute green onion and aromatic garlic or onion

add in egg and rice, stir in pan until egg is set

season with bagoong, pepper flakes, chopped cilantro

plate, serve with grilled meat or fish, shredded mango or pickled root vegetable
