pork binagoongan with sauteed green peppers and mango

thinly slice pork and cut into small bite size pieces

season with bagoong, set aside for a few minutes

dredge in cornstarch and fry till cooked, set aside

in same pan, saute garlic, fry green pepper, then shredded or julienned green mango. Stir until cooked

add pork

top with chopped red pepper

plate and serve
