marbled egg adobo flavor

hard boil egg

prepare flavoring soup

water, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, peppercorn, bay leaf, oyster sauce

carefully crack egg shell with a spoon
simmer in flavoring soup for two hours or more/ if to be served cold, refrigerate after simmering but cool first

To serve, completely peel eggs, serve on a bed of fried onions
do not use adobo soup for sauce
