adobo flavored, garlicky, dry and crispy tuna flakes
1. prepare adobo marinade - vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, peppercorn, bay leaf. sugar
2. in stainless steel pan, cook content of tuna in can in marinade
3. cook until dry, remove from heat
4. heat pan to medium high heat again with a little oil, add tuna flakes
